Each ticket purchased from AFH Events through the Virtual Events Supporting Charity (VESC) Program allows event goers to help those in need from the comfort of home.
How It Works
Create an account on AFH Events, our event ticketing platform, and submit your event FREE to our Virtual Events Supporting Charity (VESC) Calendar.
We will cross-promote your event to several event calendars, search engines, and social media platforms to include:
- AFH Online Community
- And more
Charities that are selected at checkout by your event's attendees are paid donations through a portion of the service fee collected from your ticket sales.
The results of your ticket sales from both AFH Events and Eventbrite are accessible through our backend system, and are paid out weekly to your Stripe account.

Post Your Event Free - A service fee is automatically collected from the sale of each admission ticket or event donation (for free events) to cover your event's:
- Promotion
- Payment processing
- Charity payments on your behalf of your event
The balance of your ticket sales is then paid weekly to your Stripe account.
